Recently I bought a new TV. An LCD one of 32" wide and Full High Definition features. What's even more amusing for me is that it is internet ready. Knowing those capabilities, I immediately planned to grab a unit of it. Lately when I began to realized things. I looked for a radio tuner and it is not available. I even tried using to attach an external hard drive and it turned out to be not compatible to the television. Haist! I should have waited further.

Nothing can be more tragic than this for the company he has served for several years. He is such a big loss imagining the name he has made for apple's products. The brand has establish its name and became one of the high-end stuffs in the techie industry.It is such a sad story that a life of a person cannot be build through chips and other electronic parts. To the family he has left behind, my condolences and prayers. I am proud that I have once owned an apple product (iPhone) in my entire life.

Alarming Notice

I almost got hysterical, as over acting as it is as I thought that my domain blogs have been hacked. When I browse at my sites a window pop-up saying that my account has been suspended and I need to contact billing or support department immediately on that.

I was so surprised as I don't remember myself not paying for any blog accounts may it be on the domain provider or even as to hosting. I just paid them recently and those are good for one year already. I asked people and even tried to contact my host but when I tried to visit the hosting site I've found out that even the hosting server is down and concluded that maybe that's the reason why.

I just hope that everything will be settled soon as I cannot afford losing my sites. They have become an important part of my life.

Last Saturday, we went back to Greenhills Shopping Center - the place where we used to hang-out, dine and shop.

We do enjoy shopping in there for bags, clothes, accessories and even gadgets. I remember there is where I used to by my cellphones, its chargers, casing and other accessories.

Washing Machine Needs Repair

I am so pissed off when I learned that my washing machine needs to be fixed. I was about to start doing the laundry and when I tried to turn it on it did not went through. Even its drain function is not working. Until I found out that maybe that's the reason why my son's nanny suddenly planned to leave - it's because she broke our appliance. Maybe she thought that I would probably ask her to pay for it so she did not even inform me of what happened.

Haist! Now I need somebody to do the repair for my washing machine. It already ran out of warranty now I know I have to pay for it. I have tried signing up for LOVE electronics but they have not got back on me yet.

Wifi In the Neighborhood

I had my broadband connection account terminated due to poor service quality. My connection is always intermittent and it was as if I am paying for nothing.

Since I have my laptop, I am just taking chances connecting to the unsecured wifi spot in the neighborhood. Thanks to my neighbors (there are actually two available connections) and I hope it will stay as is.

Indeed the best things in life are free. =)

A Letter To House Developer

Since I acquired our humble able through a housing loan provider the thought of having it did not give me the satisfaction I wanted. I have encountered some problems which I already raised before but now I have to do it all again since there were issues yet unresolved till this time.

Dear Madam and/or the Engineering Team,

Greetings!

I am writing this letter to request for few things relative to my unit at Block _ Lot _ Phase _ of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Subdivision once and for all.

Just as to give you a background; prior to having the house occupied I have made several requests to check and attend to some troubles encountered on the structure of the unit such as on the uneven size on the steps of the stairs, leak on the lavatory, fault on the ceiling, crack on the walls and I guess a lot more to enumerate.

I’d like to thank you for having the leak and the ceiling resolved (even if I had to spend some more on this). However, those cracks on the wall are increasing and continuously emerging. I remember an engineer have it checked and even took picture of it but no solution has been done on this yet. I don’t know what to do with it as well as on the steps of the stairs but I would appreciate if you can still spend time on these things.

Just last month, we had another issue. We requested to have the water meter transferred as it was located in a spot which created an obstruction. Good thing it was finished but a problem on the flow of water took place. The water pressure was not the same as before it was done. It went too slow and releases smaller amount of water which made our bathroom shower and bidet spray unusable at all. Requesting if the engineering/facilities team could have it checked and made once more.

I don’t know if those changes on the F_ _ _C manning structure caused the issues raised to get pending and accumulating but I wish these problems could still be accommodated and accordingly resolved this time.

I intended to share this letter as some sort of sample for those who wishes to do the same thing. Moreso I am encouraging people who have the same dilemma to attend on something like this as a precautionary measures. Developer nowadays do not give it their best on their construction projects so if you'll just let these things to happen then I guess it is you as well who would suffer.

Notorious people are scattered everywhere. Sometimes you just can't recognize them as they are in disguise. But just make sure to be observant of people specially at those strangers trying to roam around your house even at some of those who try to sell something.

Do not just let them get in and have a glimpse of what's inside your home. Be careful as well on picking somebody to become your house helper. Know them better, if you can dig down deep into their personal background do it. It is indeed hard to trust people nowadays. There are a lot of them who are jobless who wants instant wealth so they choose to rob others instead.

Just last night, my boss' house was ransact by four men armed with guns. They got everything, money, jewelries, ATMs, gadgets and a lot more.

So we better take some sort of precautions to avoid such things to happen on us. For those who can afford, maybe you can install some CCTV cameras for added security.

Medical Technology or Personal Verdict?

I wonder how the medics has managed to instantly aid Rajon Rondo's injury during their third game with Miami heat. Rondo fell with his left arm as caused by a hard foul committed by Dwayne Wade. Upon seeing the incident, you really would not think that he can play again immediately on the same game.

After a few minutes, Rondo came back to the game and played even with his left arm almost not moving at all. It was such a thrilling scene that he still manage to steal the ball with his injured arm and shoot it on the ring in a slam.

I would like to assume that if that same case occured here in the Philippines I don't think that can be handled that way. It has been confirmed that it was a brutal injury which dislocated the bones on his left arm.

Ouch! I don't know if it was because of USA's advanced medical technology or if it was brought about by personal verdict of Rondo that he can still really play despite of. Good thing Celtics won the game. At least it was worth the sacrifice.

My friend and officemate recently bought a new cellphone rather a smart phone. At first glance, I thought it was an iPhone but when I get hold of it I saw the brand samsung in it. I was told that it's Samsung Galaxy i9000 model.

See! Isn't it almost similar to an apple product? It costs him around P19,000.00 or equivalent to more or less $450.00. It's an android smartphone loaded with the version of Google Android 2.1

Yes, in every relationship I always thought I was destined to be with my bf but none of them came true so far. This time I am praying that this time is for real, that I was finally made for him.

How to Start Blogging and Earning On-line

I made a letter for a co-worker who showed an interest to earn on-line as well. Since we do not have much time in office, I hope this somehow helps.

Hi Ma'am _ _ _ _,

I know I have promised to discuss with you about my $ sideline thing and I hope I can somehow share it thru here.

As for me I have two ways earning online. The first one is direct from the advertiser and the other one is that of on a commissioning basis.

1) Direct - here you have to set-up your own blogsite. You may register either on www.blogger.com (via www.google.com wherein you have to create an email address with gmail) or on http://www.wordpress.com/.

It requires patience and perseverance as you cannot earn in an instant. Once you have created your blogsite, you have to wait until it aged at least 90days AND with at least 20-30posts or articles which you will have to write. When it does, you will have to submit it to various advertisers such www.blogsvertise.com , www.sponsoredreviews.com , etc. If ever your blog will be approved they will sentd you blog assignments - some sort of product reviews or on-line site promotions (article). You will be paid at least $5 for an article depending on the number of words as required.

2) In commissioning you will have to establish connections. Some bloggers do not have enough time to write for their sites for some filler posts or it could be that they can no longer accommodate all the blog assignments they are receiving so they tend to pass it to another writer. But the earnings in here is not as much earning directly. In most cases $1 per 100words.

How will you obtain your payment? You need to enrol in www.paypal.com (there are available instructions to follow). The email address you will be using in there will become your paypal account. Earnings on paypal can be transferred to your existing bank accounts (with charges =( ).

When you register to paypal you will be asked for a credit card in which a $2 equivalent amount will be charged BUT it will be refunded to your paypal account to become your initial balance.

My sites have been idle since October 2010 so I temporarily stopped earning direct assignments. But I am being paid at least $50-$80/month now for some commissioned writing. My friend who's long been blogging is earning at least $1000/month now. She has 10 existing and active sites. Her husband has 5. Dami po no? The secret lies on the number of blog sites you maintain. So the more blog sites you have, the more chances of earning $$$ on-line.

I am just so glad seeing how my clients list is growing, so happy knowing how they appreciate my piece of writing and it is such a joy while they welcome my simple ideas.

I just would like to thank my friend Niko for having such a charitable heart. While I always complain about my slow internet connection (sometimes none at all), she gave me a USB prepaid device to become my alternative source.

Now I guess, I have no reasons to present anymore except when I am really short of budget. Because of this, I am planning for my wireless broadband connection at home to be discontinued. It is just an idle asset providing fixed type of expense with no benefits at all. In short, it is a garbage already -a nonsense kind of thing. Crap!

A Problem in My iPhone’s Earpiece

I guess I've got this problem on my mobile phone around six months back. Whenever somebody calls or even if I myself attempt to call someone I can hardly hear the other side. When I try to shift it to its speaker or have the earphones plugged in that's the only time I could clearly hear the person I am talking with. That's when I realized I've got a problem in my iPhone's earpiece. I have tried to look for iPhone technicians lately but the problem was they don't have the necessary parts just in case they need to replace something. I probably need to have it checked in an Apple store instead. :(

I guess that was two weeks ago when I was instructed by my superior to visit one of our facilities, check on the newly acquired fixed asset, have it tagged and take a picture of it.

It was forklift equipment in which the brand name has surprised me. I am familiar about CATERPILLAR, YALE and TCM forklifts as I have seen some of them in the past. But this one is something new to me and it made me smile when I saw that it bears the pet name some of my friends use to call me - mhe.

So I even closely took a picture of its name for my personal purpose.

I've got a New Boss

Yesterday, I was introduced by my friend to a new acquaintance. It was not just an ordinary introduction but an opening for a new opportunity.

She referred me to a friend of her who is going to be my boss. Somebody I will be working with on-line.

I am just so glad that she began to like my style in writing. I am already able to write two (2) articles for her.

I just love it. Good thing I am in the mood that it does not taking much time for me to finish an article. I can even write for myself as you can see. :)

We normally assume that a number connected to our nicknames or aliases represent our birthdate. Well, in my case, it is not. Mheanne_17. 17 is not my birthdate. I was born on September 19, 1982 so it should have been Mheanne_19 instead.

Why 17? How memorable this number is for me to have it linked to my name and become my regular user name in signing up in almost all of my on-line made accounts? I could not clearly remember it all except that it was my PBA idol's number in his jersey - Olsen Racela. That's the last thing infused in my mind.

iPhone Apps Not Loading

One of my colleagues borrowed my iPhone to check on its installed applications. He then touched on the finger scanner and eventually asked me if that's working. I nodded yes but when I tried it myself it just opened but it did not went through. That's when I realized that it again has a problem. I tried almost every applications but all were in the same condition.

When I get home from the office, it was my first assignment to fix this apps problem. I have tried various ways such as:

-deleting some of the apps as well as those mails downloaded as there could be a memory issue
-resetting the settings
-rebooting the phone
-removing and putting back the SIM card

but unfortunately these things did not work.

The next thing I did was having the iPhone plugged to my desktop to have it synchronized again to iTunes. After a few minutes,I clicked on the apps and glad to have seen them functioning again.Happy to have it resolved myself without the need for me to ask for a professional technician to do it with fees. ;)

My interest, time and energy were almost taken by my sports activities these past few days. I could seldom update my blogs, cannot do much of a blog hopping and have not even tried to do the EC dropping and adgitizing things yet.

I hope I can program my bodily activities from which I can instantly shift from one tasks to another without sacrificing any of them.

Obviously, there has been a sudden boost of hobbies in me in which I have grabbed almost anything which came up to me. Not that I am regretful about it but I just wish I could have more strength to carry them all out.

But I am still trying to cope up on things. I am trying to be at least linked to some Memes and also trying to get back to those who dropped by at and followed my page.

My Badminton Racket Got Re stringed

Last Thursday afternoon, just before our practice, I brought my racket to an sports boutique. I had it re stringed after three (3) years of having it.

Honestly, I don't have any idea about the string on how it affects a person's style of playing. I just learned about the tension thing on the same day. I also had this thinking that string itself would have something to do about the tension but I was informed that it is the Stringer Machine that makes it.

I realized then that the reason why even how hard I smashed the ball it does not seem to be that strong because of the tension. I even discovered that my racket has a maximum of 20lbs tension capacity. Just enough for a beginner and just right for a front row player like me.

I have tried using a racket that is heavier and of higher tension but I never performed so well. Maybe, I would have to practice more of it and have to buy another. Hehe! If my budget permits, why not?

I will make a pledge here, if we became the women doubles badminton champion for this year's sports fest, I will buy a new racket.

It is one of my objectives to fully established my sites while they are new. I have been spending at least five (5) hours every night to update my posts and blog hop.

Just the other night, as I have already mentioned, I organized and distributed the Memes for me to join in from time to time. With that, I can now follow a certain system of my blog hopping activity in which I am expecting to earn more traffic and eventually gain more followers and win some on-line friends.

Sometimes it is just so frustrating that those whom you get to follow do not return the favor. Well I guess, it is basically part of the blogging experience and I must give them the benefit of the doubt and understand that bloggers do not just sit in front of their computers 24 hours a day. Just last night I organized my four (4) sites as to the Memes I have picked and I was planning to join.

I had them spread maybe not evenly among my blog sites but at least I tried to keep one meme per site per day.

What is Meme anyways? Is it synonymous to the a baby term for sleeping? I don't think so.

Well, my personal understanding about this is that, it is a way to have some sort of connections while sharing your thoughts about a certain topic or interest in the blogosphere.

According to Merriam-Webster On-line Dictionary, it is an alteration of "mimeme", from mim - (as in mimesis) +-eme in 1976. It means an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within the same culture.

Meme on blogging is a way of earning traffic for your sites and a sort of winning new friends. So I am now making it part of my blogging habit. Make it yours too.

My Friend Wants to be a Blogger Too

We are originally five (5) in our college group of friends and we call ourselves "Tropang Lima". We were together five (5) times a week then from first year till we graduated in 2002. Until now, we never lose communication, we send text messages sometimes, we chat on-line given the chance and we still gather once in a while for some sort of updating ourselves regarding love life, career and etc.

There are times when we really do have diverse interests though we try to settle things to get into one common decision in the end. I remember back in college we were having petty conflicts in choosing our venue for lunch. I was the original villain in our story even during those times when Niko was sharing about her passion for blogging and on how she is earning from it. I actually believe her but I don't agree when she said that sometimes she does the thing in office (free-time). I said I'd rather sleep during lunch breaks or spend my time chatting with friends on-line and update my social networking profile. Until I came to the point of getting tired of it all and wanted to try something new. Since I also have the heart in writing I took the opportunity publishing them on-line and that was the start of my love for blogging.

At first, I didn't have enough of determination to pursue it so I stopped and skipped for a year or so. Now that I am fully into it, I am becoming another living testimony of how blogging can be some sort of a side line.

Kat already has her site and has been writing on a commissioned basis. And this post is actually for Beth, she has already expressed her wanting to create a blog for the purpose of earning as well. I just wish she will push through with it. I have also offered to help her and I am now trying to think of what is going to be her blog's title.

I have also been encouraging Dhang so she can redirect her homesickness and even share her feelings through blogging.

Isn't it a good idea? Who would have thought we can establish our dream of putting-up our own subdivision with houses built and inspired by our favorite colors and symbols through our blog earnings in the future?

Need to Know More

I envy those bloggers who earn a lot doing the blogging thing. I just want to be like them. I want to achieve and gain more from writing just like them.

Imagine myself earning almost the same as my pay in my current employer? Not bad right? Earning extra and enjoying in my craft.

I guess I need to know more, understand more and work for more. I must have a full grasp of everything about blogging. For now, I need to absorb the ideas of earning traffic, through adgitizing and dropping of entrecard and etc.

Still a long way to go for me, I may have to exercise a lot of patience and determination.

Last July, I earned $26 from commissioned articles. There was also a GC worth $60 but I don’t know how I can use it. For this month, I’ve got $7 more of it and $35 unpaid from my own opps.

I must strive harder to increase my earnings. This will definitely do me a lot in the future.

My PC was Reformatted

Prior to my week long disconnection from net, I have always been complaining about virus attacked. I have tried some of the available trouble shooting and researched instructions from net to take it off but nothing happened. The virus continued to propagate.

Last Saturday, I turned the disadvantage of being offline into its opposite. I asked my IT office mate to reformat my desktop instead. Glad he was available to do so and so he did.

He backed-up my files, scanned them after wards while he has also uninstalled my OS and etc.After more or less three (3) hours my PC is back to its normal working condition. My files were cleaned from those damn viruses, my anti-virus was replaced with something new, additional music and games installed and some of the applications were updated.

Thanks to my friend Pao for such an effective resolution to my PC's problem. I am now enjoying moments of being on-line again.

It Isn't the Connection Really...

I was too expressive these past few days in telling almost everybody that I don't have an internet connection that there was actually a problem about it.

I came home tonight not expecting that this IC will be fixed finally. I am just so glad that it is already working now. My aunt told me that technicians visited again and checked on my connection. She mentioned that according to the techies, it is not the connection which had troubles but the broadband unit itself.

I am just wondering why they did not resolve the issue immediately while they know the very reason why I cannot connect to the net. They waited for me to become too frustrated about their service before they act on the problem.

Anyways, maybe I just have to forgive them this time. Past is passed. What's important is that I got back my connection right now.

Another Indication of a Blog Addict

Imagine myself staying up late till this time just as to catch up for today's meme at GT.

See how I updated all of my sites with articles written through my iPhone's Notes feature, copying the words from there and pasting them all at the body of an email then sending them to my blogsites email addresses for immediate posting even without pictures. Maybe I would just need to apologize for some grammatical errors and paragraph indention and sentence spacing.

If there's a will there's a way. Glad I have an iPhone to support this addiction. But I still wish that my crappy ic would be fixed soon.

This isn't easy though nobody told ne to do it.

Perhaps it's time for me to sleep now. I still have few hours left to enjoy a day of unlimited surfing through this mobile gadget.

I actually don't know what's with this browser upgrade but I just felt the need of having one. That's when I tried to use Globe's Chat Assist feature on their website. After I registered to have my on-line account and clicked on the Icon, I was not directed to the application. A window popped up showing that my current Internet explorer 6 is not supported by this net apps.

I am just so glad a friend of mine help me to upgrade my desktop at office. Now I know the difference. I got tabbed window and a browser that's faster than the old version. I guess there's a lot more for me to find out. Perhaps IE 8 has more than this to offer.

I don’t have a car and I only knew few things about vehicles. Yet I still dream of possessing and driving my own sports vehicle or a kind of a four-wheel drive car for the whole family someday. 639 Friends on FB

I can no longer recall the very moment I have signed-up for Facebook. All I can remember is that during that time I am still busy ad enjoying Friendster. If I am not mistaken that was more or less two (2) years ago.

Today I just noticed that I have already reached six hundred and thirty nine (639) friends. I know majority of them. Ninety-eight percent (98%) at my personal estimation, the rest are just brought about by some connections. I am just so glad seeing some of my long lost friends in FB. Sometimes I also got surprised by their personal updates and by their attractive status messages as if inviting you to place your comments.

For my entire membership there's just one thing I never did avail on FB. I did not play a game or subscribe to some of its applications like Farmville, Farmtown, etc. I knew nothing about them and did not have much interest on them.

As of now, I am just enjoying to join comment exchanges, uploading photos, posting personal updates and making use of the messaging and chatting features at times.

At least FB is of a big help in constantly connecting and keeping in touch with your family, friends or loved ones.

Push Button to Eject Someone

I am writing this post not because I have this mechanical stuff or even seen something like this. It is just because this is what I am wishing to have.

I wish I have this thing to press when I want someone to get out of my sight. This past few days I have been feeling irritated and so much annoyed on how people react at me. I know I ain't perfect but I am sure that not all the things I am doing are wrong. I am really mad at those narrow-minded people. If only I can put them inside my pocket so they can be with me all the time to see the things I am doing, I would probably do it. I hate to be treated like I am ignorant of things. I am just keeping myself quiet and trying to maintain my composure. But if they'll continue with their behavior, they wouldn't know where they can pick themselves up.

How to Connect a Word from a Phrase

I have been doing this task for about three (3) months. And I really hate doing this as it really eats a lot of time. I have mentioned once that I am already an advanced MS Excel user but I had difficulty in this one.

I am retyping one by one, in a new column each vendor’s name I will find from the description of a transaction. Here are the examples of the transactions:

From there I have to come up reclassifying each line into AIR-TYCO; AIR-EMKA etc. Basically I have to capture the vendors name and have it added to either Air- or Sea-.

Just imagine at least three thousand transactions each month and see how the format differs from one another. It is really time consuming to type it all. I have already tried a lot of data sorting, copy and paste functions but this one is the most helpful for me. Thanks to Usyo for teaching me this technique.

Today I have learned about the MID function and this is what my office mate has taught me to do.

In a single cell, type the prefix to be used. In this case it should be AIR-. Assuming you put it in cell d1.

To the right column next to the description, type the following =d1&MID(cell of the transaction(e.g.c3),number of characters you would want to cut (e.g.12),number of characters you want to be added(e.g.10). Make sure to make d1 constant. Press F4 in between characters to make it d$1$.

With this, assuming we work on the first transaction the result would be AIR-TYCO ELECT. I just have to copy the formula until the end match of the transactions and my work is almost done in just a matter of seconds.

However, it did not work perfectly matching with the format I wanted but at least I need not type the words one by one anymore. Sorting, Copy and Paste functions will further take me to the uniform format to finalize my report.

Actually the most important part here is the fact that I was able to know the use of MID function. I didn’t even know that it is in fact existing from Excel features.

Welcome Back ABS-CBN

For several months now I am not watching television not that we don't have it but because I don't just settle for second best.

Pardon me on this, but I am a Kapamilya fanatic and for me ABS-CBN is the best local channel. I do watch other channels but only for some selected shows.Anyways, we don't have cable subscription so I only have few choices.

And so to give you a background of the story, since we moved in here at our subdivision, that was Year 2008, I wonder why Channel 2's reception was too blurred. Until such time that it was completely lost in our TV set here in our sleeping area. I even thought of it as a sabotage as other networks are playing clear. Come to think of it, who should be doing that to us? Just a crazy assumption. Hihi!

I just let the situation for some time thinking that I have my PC to spend hours with. Until typhoon "basyang" came and destroyed my TV antenna so my uncle had no choice but to fix it. Just today he transferred the antenna to its new position while we checked if it is already picking up the Kapamilya channel.

Good thing it was a success, I was able to watch a little of "The Buzz" this afternoon where I learned that Lloydie and Shaina has been steady for 3months already (John Lloyd admitted it).

I am now hoping to watch other Kapamilya TV series.

I Want Opps

I want Opps!!!

I have been actively blogging for 2 months or so. I have written some posts already. I have signed up for some advertisers sites and even got approved but until now I have not gotten any offer. I have also put my bid to some and I still I have not won any. I even bought a domain for my main site.

I do not know what is wrong with my sites. Am I lacking widgets and all? Are my sites to young to be discovered? Are my articles posting non-sense thoughts?

I must admit I have not yet earned a lot of traffic as others have, I may not have encouraged yet some blogger to follow me, but I know I can promote products well and I can even post my articles in my social netwoking site where I have already established my social connections.

I just feel frustrated about it as I have known some blogger who got offers in their first to weeks of joining or signing up.

Hope I can get my own opps next time. I have written a lot of commissioned articles already but of course I would love to have something I can post my own site and something I can claim and call mine. :(

Identity Hackers

I do not understand why there are people who got nothing better to do that they imitate or hack other people's identity to deceive others. Why am I telling you this? I am one of those twitter fanatics. I love to follow few of radio DJs, celebrities, friends with twitter accounts, music icons etc.

Lately, when I was really surprised about the boom of John Lloyd-Shaina relationship, I decided to look for John Lloyd's twitter account to follow his personal updates. That was when I got confused seeing a lot of John Lloyd Cruz accounts with diffrent pictures showing John Lloyd's faces.

Now I don't know if I was able to link with the genuine Lloydie.If it is really him who made all these accounts, well, I wonder how he manages them all. On the other hand, if somebody tries to imitate Lloydie's personality through this, I also wonder what his objective in betraying other people. It is not funny anyways.

I might have already mentioned that I am now a certified blog addict. Not just once you will hear me speaking about this "blog" thing in a day.

Just yesterday, I have experienced trading my break time for an article. Oh my gosh, I am now choosing blogging over eating. Would this make me thin? Well, good luck to me.

But anyways, that is not my point. I actually wonder how my blogging friends maintain their sites, as in sitessssssssssssssssssss, as they usually keep five (5), seven (7), nine (9) or even more domains.

Based on my own personal experience, I am now having a hard time regularly updating my four sites with my articles not to mention the effort of making them more appealing by adding gadgets and all. It is indeed not a laughing matter. It is an addictive thing. Once you are in, you will find it harder to get out.

F1 Please!!! - Internet Connection

I am really wondering what’s happening to my internet connection nowadays. I used to have a quick click and display feature but now it’s taking me some time before I could load a page. Previously, I can open multiple tabs at the same time while this time even a single tab in a window takes minutes before it could be fully done.

Even my administrator account is not working. I cannot access Registry, I cannot activate Ctrl + Alt + Del function and all; and every time I attempt to do these things a dialogue box would pop up saying that my account has been disabled by my administrator.

I don’t understand why these things happen. Were these instances brought about by the propagation of virus? I am really disappointed about it. I don’t know what to do with it anymore.

Shall I seek professional IT help on this? Is there any other possible way to resolve this by my own? It isn’t healthy anymore. Why now? Now that I have established my desire to write and work on-line, now that I have greater chances to win more friends and even earn while I enjoy visiting sites. I really need something or somebody to help me on this. F1 please!!! L

Lotus Notes

For almost eight (8) years of employment I have never been exposed even just a little to Lotus Notes interface. So when I was introduced to it upon hiring by my current employer I had a hard time working on this.

Unlike outlook express and Microsoft outlook I find it a little complex though they almost have the same features.

Maybe I just need to familiarize myself more about it. Indulge into readings on its know-how and to some related tutorial articles and learning, and explore further as well on its available functions.

Obviously, I am a neophyte blogger. A lot of things in the blogosphere still make me confused. There are some stuffs which I would want to do the way other bloggers did them but I just can't.

And for quite many days that passed I was wondering how they were doing the link thing in a word or phrase. Obvoiusly, I am not yet familiar with the icons found above when doing a new post.

So I disturbed my blog mentor Niko once more and asked her about it. I told her I want my blog titles to have a direct link to my blog sites every time I used them to comment from a page to another. I must admit I am typing the URLs one by one so as to reflect my sites.

My New Rubber Shoes - Nike Plus

Finally, I was able to get my new rubber shoes from my in-laws as sent by my hubby who’s in Dubai right now.

At last, I’m already wearing it. I just wear it with excitement given the fact that it is new. But I never knew that there’s something special about it (aside from the thought that it is a gift from dadi).

I have learned that just today when one of my office mates (isay) noticed my shoes’ sole. She discovered that it is a Nike Plus model. Therefore I asked her what’s with a Nike Plus. All I know is that this is just a footwear, it may be a branded one but I know nothing more about it.

She requested me to take it off and told me to lift the inside pad, there we discovered that there is a pocket inside intended for a chip.

She told me that I need to have that chip (which can be bought from a sports shop), download a Nike Plus apps in my iPhone (since I have an iPhone) put the chip inside the shoes and it will automatically connect to the phone through the software and from there I can already monitor my feet’s activities. And of course not only my feet’s movement but its entire body and fitness impact, the length of time, the pace and distance taken and also the number of calories burned.

The chip acts as a sensor. Having it set on my iPhone (also works on iPod nano and iPod touch) I can choose a running mode or customize other workout shortcuts, add them up to my favorites and can even opt to assign workout music playlists.

This is so amazing. It’s as if having a real workout machine where you I can set my exercise goal and it will provide feedback trough its PC synchronization attribute. Not only that, I can also update my friends through social networking sites as it can also be directly linked to facebook, twitter and etc.

Wow! Dare to have one? I usually do not go for branded and signature items as I'd rather buy from Baclaran or just take advantage of items on sale in the mall so I can have variants of everything, but I Thank Ronnie for this - very much appreciated.

Do Not Connect to Outdoor Antenna When Lightning!

This is exactly what is written at the back of WIMAX CPE. So right now, I am writing this off line as I have unplugged the wire connecting to the outdoor antenna. I’m afraid something might happen if I did not follow this safety precaution. What could exactly be the main reason is something I should find out later.

It’s really raining so hard right now. Thunder and lightning strike simultaneously. And since Coi has brontophobia and keraunophobia (fear of thunder and lightning respectively) he had no choice but to go to sleep with his face covered by his little pillow.

There was a series of power interruption as well which made me stop as my desktop was affected and went power off. For a few minutes, I just played “hangman” with my iPhone, listed down my blog topics thru its note features till I finally decided to get back to my PC.

Getting back I still cannot connect through the internet although I have already encountered the slow connectivity even prior to raining. I still don’t know what seems to be the problem, all I know is that I want to write about anything until my eyes get weary so I could go sleep already.

Wish I Have A Clone

I am an active woman. Given the chance you can find me almost everywhere. I am proactive, hyperactive, sometimes reactive and etc. but not radioactive of course and not even s_ _ u _ l _y active these days.

I am dreaming of having a clone so I can multiply,extend and spread myself to participate in almost each of my usual activities.

At this very moment, inside my heart I just want to be Coi's mom.

And so I wish I have a clone, another Anne(s):

1) to work for me in the office so it will not complicate my blogging task and all

2) to play my favorite sports - be it basketball, badminton, volleyball and table tennis

3) to wash my clothes, prepare our food and clean our home

4) to get along with my friends - in APC, in my previous jobs, my college friends, my childhood acquaintances, my schoolmates back then and the rest of the group of people whom I have known and have never seen again

5) to prepare for our wedding and related stuffs

6) to blog for me especially in times like this when I really feel so sleepy but I still want to write.

If only I can do all these things at the same time, I would have probably done them all in an instant.

I know cloning can only be done in photos but in reality all I can do is to make things one by one and one at a time.

Diagnosing Internet Connection Problem

I was so upset a while ago when I wasn't able to connect through my broadband.

Have tried to unplugged and plugged the wires as a basic troubleshooting step but it didn't worked.

Have restarted and rebooted my PC for several times but still nothing did happen.

Have the connection status repaired but it brought me to the same unfavorable result.

Have switched from one internet browser to the next but both have outcomes alike.

I even tried the XP diagnostic process and it was another failure.

And so these things have given me no choice that I had to call a network support to assist me on my problems.Glad that there was no traffic as I dialled which made me connected to the customer service representative (CSR) after a few seconds of my iPhone ringing.

I was actually advised with the same thing I've initially done. The unplugging and plugging back of wires which provides the internet connectivity.However, I did it again to complete the support process although it had the similar effect as the first attempts.

The next thing she asked me to do is the "ping" process by clicking on the start menu, going through the run window, typing "cmd" and eventually "ping" with a series of numbers which I think corresponding to somewhat like an IP address (but not my IP add).

After doing all the things, it was still unsuccessful; so the CSR just asked for my details to set a schedule for a technician to check my line.

Ever wonder why I am able to do blogging right now? Simply because the issue is now resolved. When I am about to give up almost aiming to shut down my PC, my homepage came out.

The moral of the story, as always "Patience is a Virtue".

iPhone Touch Screen Not Working

It was just another irregularity encountered by my iPhone and such had caused me another count of paranoia.

Just the other night, I let my cousin used my phone to communicate with our common friend. After a while, he returned it saying that our friend has responded but he cannot open the message. I've noticed that something showing "download pro" and a dialogue box for new message appearing on the screen. I tried to touch on "view" but nothing came out. I slid my finger on the cancel button but it didn't work. I hold on the power button till the slide to turn it off emerged. However, sliding the same thing has brought me into nothing. I assumed its system hung already. I asked my friend to call me. She can reach my iPhone, it was ringing but still I cannot slide the screen to answer the call. So I just let the night passed without any plans of taking it to the service center.

Right upon waking up, I immediately put on my desktop with the intention of searching through Google on the possible resolution to my problem. With enough of patience, I browsed every link which has something in relation to my iPhone's problem. The first two links I've visited didn't give me the right answer tnd so my third time was the very fortunate try I've done.

I just followed the first instruction which says "hold (long press) the home button and the power button at the same time till it takes your iPhone to restart". For about 5secs I hold on the buttons then my iPhone restarted. After another 3secs or so it asked for my PIN and that resolved the issue. My iPhone's working again.

Blogging Thru iPhone

I am now blogging thru my mobile phone as I am out with my officemates. Having dinner with bulalo, buffalo wings, sizzling hotdog and sizzling sisig served before us. This is another "gala".

With acoustic band playing, we have initially ordered two (2) buckets of SML to match our gimik night.

But what I really want to impart is that, with the latest development of Science & technology I can blog anywhere with my iPhone as long as there's Internet connection.

Problem Loading Page!

As I was very excited, I have been on-line now for 30mins or so already. But I don't know what's happening with my internet connection. There's always a "Problem Loading" coming out.

FB, E-radio Portal, my follower's sites, my yahoo mail all not proceeding to load the page. I wonder what the real problem is.

And this getting me out of mood. I am supposed to blog hop tonight to exchange links and eventually find friends.

Please, please, please... Thou shall be fixed...

Locked iPhone - an unforgettable techie experience

Til now, I have not really recovered yet from my locked iPhone. I just realized lately that it was really an outcome of a modest stupidity of mine. Being an explorer sometimes bring you harm if you don't do it in a more persistent way.

I should have researched more. I should have ignored my paranoia. So I won't need to go to a communication network and insisted to them to do the reconfiguration of my phone while I did not really purchase it from them. So I need not go to a service center and made me believe that I even got the repair at a lower price. Haizz! Another lesson learned for me and I would want to share this with you guys, if in case the same thing happens to you, you'll know what to do without having to go to a repair man who sometimes intend to betray you.

Regardless of the brand and model of your mobile phone you should first consult Mr. Google about it. Try to be as patient as possible so you'll get an appropriate solution to your problem. Why I am telling this to you?

Going back to my iPhone repair instance, I noticed the repair man that he was blocking his pc monitor so as not for me to see what he's doing. As I peeped on it, I have exactly seen that he typed something in a search bar in an internet window perfectly similar to the google interface. Sigh! I actually did the same thing but I did not practice the virtue of patience then. Instead, I silently panicked and thought of bringing it really to service center.

After a few click and reading from the PC he then plugged my iPhone through a USB and suddenly it was unlocked. I kept the scenario on his monitor in my mind. So he proceeded and did the touch thing in my iPhone. I knew he just had the phone connected to wifi and did download an application from there. He had it done at more or less 45mins. Maybe the connection was not that fast so the downloading process really took him long. Then, he handed me the phone and bingo! It has been reconfigured and the network service has been restored.

When I got the phone I checked on it and this new application captured my attention. It was named as Fuzzyband so I asked him what was that and he just told me that "wag mo nang pansinin yan, wala lang yan" (just ignore that, it's nothing).So I did, wanting to go home I paid him with our agreed price - almost equivalent to my daily salary. I had no choice but to regret about it at the back of my mind. I already thought of doing the same thing I saw from the screen. I just downloaded a twitter apps and after which I decided to go straight home.

The Sorry me upon arriving home immediately turned on my desktop PC and visited Mr. Google. I got into one of the results which was actually a forum and saw the answer to my problem exactly matching to the pictures that flashed in the PC monitor of the serviceman. Apparently, this has brought me even more regrets at that time. Knowing that I only need an MS.Net Framework and that same Fuzzyband application to restore my Iphone back to it's functionality. Haaayy... That's life.

Notes: The latest models of mobile phones may not be resolved by some of the available software around the net as hackers are still on the process of studying about them. Not all hackers are harmful to the same kind of people. Sometimes they help as Forums and blogs help as well :D

A Gift for Everybody

I am supposed to share this last Sunday (June 13, 2010) night only if I did not spend so much time updating my iPhone and accidentally getting it locked. Haizz!

But this one is really a rewarding stuff for me and my family. This was the important thing I shopped last Friday Night "Ga-la" as I've mentioned in my other site - http://jaz4atot.blogspot.com. It was actually a refrigerator - an 8cu.ft, 2door Condura. I have been dreaming of this for quite some time and it was actually a product of some sort of practical thinking.

We decided to buy a ref instead of a party for Macoi's 2nd birthday. So it is as if an alternative gift for Coi, a Mother's day gift for me and a Father's day gift for dadi - one for all, since we really did share on buying this. Also, we're not the only ones who will enjoy the convenience of having this but the rest of my family at home. It can even be a source of income - Ice for sale, so as to at least recover from electric bill. Wahehe!

For whatsoever, it is indeed a dream come true. Nevertheless, we still have plans for Coi-coi's birthday though it may never be as big as what we have initially planned. TGBTG.

My iPhone got no service... =(

Last night when I plugged my iPhone in my desktop at home for iTunes a dialogue box popped up with a message saying that a latest version of iPhone application is already available. Without knowing the benefits and consequences I immediately upgraded the software.

Lately when I realized that some of my installed apps were lost and when I read further about it I've learned that the apps do not yet support the software's latest version. Sigh... Now my favorite Ferrari theme is already gone. I miss the acceleration sound everytime I lock my iPhone.

Worst of all, it is now showing no service for any network sim. I already had it restarted, removed and returned the sim card, replaced it with another but it didn't work. Now I need help on this. I don't know what to do with it. I want the old version instead coz I didn't see any changes with the new one. =(

I need the signal for its basic purpose - texting & calling. I can only use this now as I have wifi connection. Without the Internet, this will only become useful as an Ipod and for playing the games downloaded. F1 friends...
